Details
This error can be obtained due to two different reasons
1) The card cannot be read in the reader as there is an issue with the iUR250
2) The incorrect parameter file has been selected on the iSelf
To fix this issue, you should try to change the parameter file on your device. This is done using the following file:

If this does not work, you will need to get in touch with your device distributor to have the reader (iUR250) replaced.

This error is obtained because the machine(s) is missing the required certificates to connect with our platform. You will need to ensure that your machine is fully up-to-date with all Windows updates and that firewall isn’t blocking the connection or certificates. The following certs are needed:

Details
This error is seen during a TMS update - the server will pull some properties, but will error saying that other properties cannot be found. Further changes may need to be made to your terminal.
Please contact support@creditcall.com.
You may be required to force a TMS update once changes have been made.

The server cannot connect to our TMS platform. You will need to check network/firewall to ensure following IP addresses aren't being blocked:

Details
The terminal ID in the client is different to that which is set in the server config file. To fix this, please ensure that the two terminal ID's match.
