One of the most common message you can get while boarding:
It usually means the review request was already sent to the platform. Just go back to the list, and find what you just boarded. It should be already reviewed.
- After the first Next
While boarding an user:
Please ask The Live Support team to add the new group to the existing email.
Or regarding any other boarding request, if the information is already present (either deployed or undeployed):
Please use another name, or TID.
Or a merchant name already existing:
- At the test
This could mean:
- The Cardscheme is not set-up on the merchant account.
- The Currency in the merchant doesn't match the one in the group.
- The transaction type is not set-up on the merchant account.
- The Merchant is not linked to the group.
To fix the first 3, please contact one of our Live support Team members. For the last one, search for deployed merchant account in the boarding page, and add the link to the group:
