This article contains information on how to change a bank account with Paya

Changing Paya Bank Account

If the merchant is using our relationship with Paya, then the merchant needs to provide their ISO/Affiliate Partner with a voided check or bank letter and the below form filled out or email us directly with this information.

The bank letter should include the full bank and routing account number. Be in good standing. The letter should be on bank letterhead and signed by a rep at the bank.

*NOTE - This is only for a bank account switch for an account in good standing without any problems. In other cases, Paya may request more information.
