Data Import General Information
- All data imports must be approved by the primary contact at the affiliate partner level.
- We can import customer card data from third parties into the Merchant's Customer Vault. Note, we do not audit/filter said file and it is the responsibility of the Merchant and or Data Holder to provide us with a complete file including only the records they wish to have imported.
- Data we receive should be encrypted using our public PGP key which can be found below.
- Encrypted data should be sent to support@nmi.com

Data Export General Information
- Receiving Entity must be Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant, listed on the Visa Global Registry List. The "Validation Type" must be listed "PCI DSS".
- Provide a PGP key to encrypt the data.
- We can export Vault Data, and Recurring Subscription Data to external parties.
- Provide SFTP information if applicable, may use our PGP Key to provide credentials.

Data Transfer General Information
- We are able to transfer records from Gateway to Gateway under the same Parent Affiliate Account.
- All data Transfers must be approved by the primary contact at the affiliate partner level.
- Only Card Holder Data is moved, and imported to the Customer Vault.
- We treat ACH and Card Holder Data to the same standards to streamline the Data Export process while also ensuring best security practices are followed. The receiving entity must be Level 1 PCI Compliant to receive ACH and or Card Holder Data.
User's bank account numbers should be treated as PII [Personal Identifiable Information], because the only information require to make a withdraw, is the checking account number and the routing number.
