This article contains information on how to change a bank account with Paya.
Changing Paya Bank Account
If the merchant is using our relationship with Paya, the ISO/Affiliate Partner can email support@nmi.com.
Please ensure the following documents are included in the email:
- A voided check or bank letter
- The completed bank change form (provided below)
- The contract signer's Driver's License or ID
The bank letter should include the full bank and routing account number. Be in good standing. The letter should be on bank letterhead and signed by a rep at the bank.
*NOTE - This is only for a bank account switch for an account in good standing without any problems. In other cases, Paya may request more information.
