Overview

Parameter files on the iSelf are used to determine whether or not the contactless module (iUC150) needs to be included in the iSelf setup. To change this file, you will first need to put your device into Maintenance Mode.

 

Including Contactless Module (Changing parameter file)

To change the parameter file once you have entered Maintenance Mode:

  1. Select option 1 – UCMC
  2. Select option 1 – UCM Param
  3. Select option 3 – Param Select
  4. Select:
    UCMI000B.PAS for Contactless only
    UCMIZ61D.PAS for Contact and Contactless
    UCMIZ61E.PAS for Contact only

    Note: If the PAS file that you require isn't listed you may need to contact the distributor to obtain the required file and instructions on how to load the device with the new parameter.

  5. Select option 2 - Load
  6. The screen should now display the following:
  7. If the device does not restart on its own, then restart the device manually by power cycling the device.
  8. After restarting, the screen should display the following with the relevant parameter file version selected earlier at step 4:
  9. Restart the device again and the normal load screen should appear:
