Partner Experience
Partners can easily provision the M20SE for merchants by shipping the device pre-loaded with the Cloud Commerce app. No complicated setups or separate readers are required, and the merchant can onboard themselves using their gateway credentials.
Merchant Experience
Merchants simply log into the Cloud Commerce app on the M20SE and can immediately begin accepting NFC contactless payments (EMV, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Transactions are synced to the gateway, and all reporting, voids, and cancellations can be managed from the merchant portal.
Consumer Experience
Customers can tap their card or mobile wallet against the M20SE to complete a payment—quickly and securely—without any need to hand over a card or interact with a shared terminal.

Enabling Tap to Pay
To enable Tap to Pay for a merchant using the Landi M20SE:

Log in to your Partner Portal and go to List Accounts.

Select the merchant's name from the list or search their name in the search box.

Scroll down to the Value-added Services section → click Update Services.

Set Tap to Pay to "Active" or "Offered" → scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
How to use the Landi M20SE with Cloud Commerce

Download the App
Visit the Google Play Store on the M20SE and install the Cloud Commerce app. -
Disable Bluetooth & Peripherals
Before launching the app, disable Bluetooth and unplug any accessories. -
Launch and Authenticate
Open the app and enter Partner Code:CC_8bFEes1a

Log In
Use the merchant’s NMI Portal credentials to sign in. -
Start Accepting Payments
The device is now ready to accept tap-to-pay transactions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the M20SE require additional hardware to accept contactless payments?
No. The M20SE has built-in NFC functionality and works natively with the Cloud Commerce app to support Tap to Pay.
Is the Landi M20SE available outside the United States?
Currently, the M20SE is a U.S.-only device and is certified for use with TSYS.
What cards and wallets are supported with Tap to Pay on the M20SE?
Visa and Mastercard are supported today. Amex and Discover will be added in 2025. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
Can the M20SE be used with other gateway processors?
At this time, the M20SE is certified only for use with TSYS in the U.S.
How does the merchant manage their transactions?
All transactions—mobile, online, in-person—can be viewed and managed in the NMI Gateway Portal.
