When reaching out to our Support Team, it’s important to include your Affiliate ID (Account ID) or, if you are inquiring about a specific merchant, their Merchant Gateway ID. This ensures we can quickly verify the account, confirm you are authorized, and provide accurate and secure support.
Why This Matters
- Security and Authorization: Providing the correct ID helps us verify that we are speaking with an authorized account holder before sharing sensitive information or making changes.
- Faster Resolutions: With the correct ID, our team can immediately locate the account in question, reducing delays.
- Clear Communication: IDs eliminate confusion that may arise from similar company or merchant names.
Guiding Your Internal Teams
We rely on our partners to help ensure that their internal sales and support representatives are prepared when contacting us. Please encourage your teams to always provide the Affiliate ID or Merchant Gateway ID when reaching out. This helps us serve your organization more effectively and securely.
