Overview
Our platform provides over 200 payment processor connections. Here you will learn how to use the Processor Matrix to check what each payment platform supports, all in one place.
Prerequisites
Your user will have the processors listed in the Processor Matrix.
Your Sub-Affiliates' primary user and sub-users will have a limited Processor Matrix available by default. What we mean by a limited Processor Matrix is that they will only be able to see the processors that you have enabled for them under their Affiliate Partner Payment Processing Services.
Processor Matrix
To get to the Processor Matrix, log in to your Partner Portal and head over to the left side panel. At the bottom, click on Help → click on Processor Matrix. This will take you to the list of certified Processor features. The processor platforms are listed alphabetically. In general, this shows you what features are available on each platform.
At the top left corner, there is a search box where you can enter the processors name to filter the list to only show that specific processors features.
The list will show you the available methods (credit card or check processing); what countries, currencies, and card types (card schemes) is supported. You can check if it supports Automatic Card Updater, Payer-Authentication (3D Secure Solution), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Dynamic Descriptor, Level II data, Level III data, the different Classifications (Retail, Ecommerce, MOTO, Restaurant), the different transaction types (Auth, Sale, Void, Refund, Credit, Validate, Capture, Offline), Balance Inquiry (checking the balance), Account Updater, Card Level Results, Recurring, Installment payments, Partial Auth, Partial Auth Reversal, Surcharge, Tipping, Shows Settled, Higher Captures (in the Advanced Merchant Features), AVS Support, and CVV Support.
If you click on one of the features names in the header, it will sort all the processors that have this feature first so you can have a glance at all the processors that support a specific feature that you are interested in using.
