You can subscribe to our Omni Platform status page to receive live alerts for any downtime. This would be for our partners/merchants that use the Partner Login or Merchant Login. This website can be used by both Partners and Merchants as needed.

- Email - get email notifications whenever Gateway Services creates, updates or resolves an incident.
- Text - get text message notifications whenever Gateway Services creates or resolves an incident.
- Webhook - get webhook notifications whenever Gateway Services creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
- Atom Feed or RSS Feed
CardEase Platform
You can subscribe to our CardEase Platform status page to receive live alerts for any downtime. This would be for our partners/merchants that use the WebMIS Login. This website can be used by both Partners and Merchants as needed.
