To ensure your Creditcall solution can connect to our platform without issues, you should ensure our IP addresses are whitelisted in your firewall. A list of our IP Addresses and Ports can be found within the ChipDNA Windows and Linux Integration Guides near the bottom of the document.

If you require a copy of our IP Addresses and Ports, contact us at support@creditcall.com. Please state the solution you are using and what IP Addresses you need. For example, if you're using our Hosted Payment Page and need the outbound IP Addresses for the callbacks, please state this within your email.
